Online Application Summer School Children & young people 2011

The online application is an initial booking for a place on Summer School. Once a place is confirmed you will be sent an enrolment form which must be completed and signed by the child or young person's parent or legal guardian.

To book your place online please fill in and submit the online Application Form below. You will then be transferred to a secure Google Checkout where your payment details will be taken. For more information about Google Checkout click here (link opens in a new window). If you do not already have a Google Account you will be able to create one within Google Checkout. You can use most major credit and debit cards with Google Checkout.

Summer School fees are: £140.00 for one week per child/young person and £120.00 for additional siblings and/or friends (offer limited to two friends). If you are claiming the friends discount you must both apply and pay the deposit within 24 hours of each other. To secure your place you will need to pay a non refundable deposit of £70.00 (per child). You may also pay the deposit and fees in advance online. The remaining balance of fees is payable prior to the commencement of the course. Balance of payments can be made online, email invoice (Google Checkout), cheque or cash in person.

You can book up to three children from the same family on the same course with the form below - for more children or other permutations please contact us directly.

Your debit or credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed that a place is available for your chosen course. You will receive an immediate email from Google Checkout that your order has been taken. We will then notify you by email that your place is confirmed and payment has been taken. Please allow one working day for confirmation. If a place is not available on your chosen workshop your card will not be charged and we will contact you to see if you wish to transfer to another workshop. If you transfer you will not have to re-enter your details.
