Sophie grew up in West Sussex and spent 12 years working in hospitality before training as a counsellor and later working as a mental health support worker. Her professional background has given her a deep interest in people, their motivations, and the experiences that shape them.

After questioning her career direction, Sophie returned to her childhood ambition of becoming an actress, inspired by her nana, from whom she took her stage name. What once felt unrealistic now feels like a natural progression, combining her life experience and understanding of human behaviour with a passion for telling meaningful stories through performance.
